Birth chart calculations are performed using the Swiss Ephemeris, built on NASA planetary data, providing astronomical precision to fractions of an arc-second. While we strive for accuracy in all calculations, interpretive content is generated through automated analysis and may vary. The quality of results depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide, particularly birth time.

Birth data (date, time, and location) is collected solely for the purpose of generating your astrology reading. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not trade or rent your personal data to anyone. We do pass it to the service providers who run Starlit Mirror, each receiving only what it needs to do its job: Supabase stores your account and your readings, Google provides the model behind Mira and receives your chart and the messages in your thread, Stripe takes payment, Resend sends your email, Sentry records errors, Vercel and Render host the site, and Cloudflare screens for bots. If you accept cookies, a hashed form of your email address also goes to Meta, Google and TikTok so we can measure our advertising. Under California law that counts as sharing, and declining cookies stops it. Our Privacy Policy lists every provider, what each one receives, how long we keep your data, and how to ask for a copy of it or its deletion. If you are not satisfied with your reading for any reason, reply to your delivery email within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full via Stripe, no questions, no forms. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your reading, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Hermes Horizon, trading as Starlit Mirror, shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the content of our readings. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the purchase price of the reading in question.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Every review, rating and quote shown on Starlit Mirror comes from a real reader who bought or received a reading. We ask for them by email after a reading is delivered, and we ask everyone, not only the people we expect to be happy. We do not pay for reviews, we do not offer a discount, a free reading or anything else in exchange for one, and we do not write them ourselves. We do not delete a review because it is critical, and we do not reorder them to bury one. Where we show a star average it is the average of every rating we hold, not a selected subset, and where we quote one reader we show it as one reader’s words rather than a general result.
